No Refunds for Completed Work

Once a project, campaign, or consultation has been completed and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund. By approving the work at any stage, you acknowledge that it meets your expectations.

Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service before we have started working on it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. If work has already begun, cancellation may not be possible, or partial charges may apply.
